机床液压系统装配前应该预备哪些工作呢？

机床设备的液压系统是由各液压元件组成的，并分布于机床的各个部位，它们之间通过管接头的连接而成为一个完整的液压系统
。液压系统的装配是否公道，对其工作机能有很大影响，因此必需做好一切装配前的预备工作。
   1、首先必需将机床设备的液压系统图看清弄懂，以免将元件装错位置。

   2、对各液压元件进行全面清洗，并检查各元件的机能，如发现不符合图纸要求时，应立刻更换。

   3、对液压系统中所采用的各种仪表应进行严格调试，以免在工作中指示失灵而造成事故。

   4、检查各密封元件是否符合液压系统的密封要求，以防止造成系统泄漏或混入空气和水分，影响液压系统的工作不乱性。

   5、检查油管是否完好，如发现损坏裂痕，侵蚀变色、内外凹凸不平，或弯曲部门的椭圆度》10%以上等，均不能安装使用。

   6、使用油管都应用20%的硫酸或盐酸溶液进行酸洗后，再使用温水清洗、晾干。

   7、当真查清各种液压泵、液压阀等元件的进、回油口方位，以防安装错位而使系统动作失灵或造成事故。

   8、检查液压油泵和电念头的垫板及支座联轴器的安装精度（倾斜角不得大于1°，同轴度应在0.1mm以内），看是否符合技术

要求，以防液压系统产生噪音、发烧和降低液压油泵的使用寿命。

   9、检查各液压阀元件及机床配油板的平面精度，看是否符合安装要求，如精度太差，应进行修磨或刮研平面后，方可装配。
