液压统使用前要主要哪些事项？

 1、使用者把握液压系统的工作原理，认识各种控制机构的操纵特点和调整手柄的位置、旋向等。
  2、开车前检查油面，保证液压系统有足够的油液。按期检查更换液压油液，新设备使用三个月左右即应清洗油箱，更换油液，以后每隔半年至一年进行清洗和换油一次。加油时要过滤。
  3、油箱应加盖密封，油箱上面的通气孔处设置空气滤清器。
  4、液压系统中根据需要配置粗、精过滤器，并常常检查、清洗和更换。
  5、开车前应检查各调整手柄、手轮的位置是否准确，电气开关和行程开关的位置是否正常，主机上工具的安装是否准确、牢固等，再对导轨和活塞杆外露部门进行擦拭，然后方可开车。
  6、开车时，有专用控制油路液压泵的，要先启动该泵，再启动主液压泵。
  7、当环境温度较低、油液黏度较大时，应想法升高油温。例如，采用点动方式反复启动定量泵；减小变量泵斜盘倾角，启动后空转一段时间等。
  8、有排气装置的液压系统应进行排气，无排气装置的液压系统应先空载往复运动多次，使之天然排出气体。
  9、对压力控制元件的调整，一般首先从溢流阀开始，使整个液压系统的压力从零逐步进步，终极达到划定压力值，然后依次调整各回路的压力控制阀。
 10、流量控制阀的调整，应使流量从小到大，逐步调整。同步运动执行元件的流量控制阀应同时调整。要保证运动平稳性。
 11、工作中应随时留意油液温升，正常工作时，油箱中油液温度应不超过60℃。
 12、设备若长期不用，应将各手轮全部放松，以防弹簧产生永久变形而影响元件机能。
