液压系统的压力不足或没有压力该怎么排除呢？

  机器设备的液压系统压力不足或完全无压力的主要原因是：压力油路和溢流回路短接，或者系统有极其严峻的泄漏，也可能是油泵

根本就没有吸上压力油等所造成。

  造成原因有可能是：

  1、液压油泵转向分歧错误，或者电机功率不足，转速过低，致使液压油泵吸油能力低。也可能是吸油管太小，或者油管漏气，油液黏度

太高，滤油器被杂物污物堵塞，吸油阻力增大等原因，导致油泵吸不上油液，使系统建立不起压力。

  2、压力油路与回油路短接，溢流阀芯卡死在最大启齿位置，远程控制油口接通了油箱或有泄漏。也有可能是液压元件的阻尼孔堵塞

，或者调压弹簧折断等原因而造成系统无压力。

  3、冷却装置失效，引起油温升高，油的黏度下降；或者油泵内部机构磨损严峻，各运动件配合间隙增大，致使油泵容积效率下降。

  4、管路小孔或节流阀孔堵塞，电磁换向阀失灵，致使滑阀处于常通位置等。

  排除上述故障的方法是： 

  1、纠正油泵旋转方向，修理或更换电机，检查清洗吸油管和滤油器，更换黏度合适的液压油。

  2、检查油路及远程控制油口与溢流阀的连接状况，修理和更换溢流阀和调压弹簧。

  3、修理或更换冷却装置和液压油泵磨损件。在重新装配油泵时，要特别留意各运动件的配合间隙。

  4、检查或修理换向滑阀，清晰管路小孔及节流阀口的杂质污物。
