5、液压油箱应每隔半个月从底部放油口清除水分和杂质一次，并每隔一年(或工作满2000h)更换全部液压油(在油液未发生变质的情况下，可适当延长换油周期)。当起重机在使用环境特别恶劣的情况下功课时，油液的更换周期应相应缩短。

6、液压油经长期工作之后，会产生一些冷凝水与沉积物，应当每月一次按期排放。排放冷凝水应在压路机休止工作一夜之后进行，拧开油箱底部的放油塞，让脏油流出至见到干净油为止。然后装好放油塞，并加注新鲜液压油。

7、论是工作时间多长，小型吊车液压油都要每年至少更新一次，以防止油液变质污染液压系统。换油之前应先起动发念头运转，将液压油暖热以利于排放。
